MEET THE FOUNDER
A Passion That Started at Home
Tyler Cottingham, RN
Owner & President, Aria Group Homes, Inc.
For Tyler Cottingham, caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is more than a profession—it is personal.
Her passion began at a young age when her family opened their home to individuals with disabilities through foster care. That experience gave Tyler a firsthand understanding of what can happen when someone is surrounded by the right environment, opportunities, encouragement, and genuine care.
That foundation inspired a career dedicated to serving others. Tyler began working directly with individuals with IDD and continued growing in healthcare, advancing from CNA to LVN and ultimately becoming a Registered Nurse.
Today, Aria Group Homes is the fulfillment of a vision years in the making: to create a place where individuals are not simply cared for, but valued, supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to thrive.
For Tyler, Aria isn’t just about providing a home. It’s about creating a sense of family and belonging.
